“I have spent many years caring for my senior relatives, as well as volunteering in nursing homes, assisted living and memory care facilities. I see the struggles many seniors and families face in navigating daily needs. All too often seniors are hesitant to ask family and friends for help as they don’t want to feel like a burden.
Many seniors want to remain independent but often face challenges of where to look for help. When you mentioned the services that you intend to offer, my first thought was “a one stop shop”, removing the stress and frustration of seeking help for each service.
I am forever grateful for the help you gave to me and my mom when she moved into Independent Living at Baywood Court. It was a huge and stressful transition for mom (and me) and you made it feel seamless, always taking care of any and all needs/concerns that mom and I had.
