Hi, I’m Jill Gregori.
I am thrilled that you’ve landed on my website. I’d love for you to learn more about me - my background, experience and my goal in starting JG Life Services. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me.
My Background
I have lived in the Bay Area my entire life, and moved from Oakland to San Leandro as a young child. My introduction to working with seniors started while attending Bancroft Middle School in San Leandro when my mom co-chaired a weekly senior lunch at our church. Every summer through high school I helped her in the kitchen as well as greet, serve, and converse with the lunch guests. This experience left a big impression and since that time I’ve always gravitated towards elders who have such rich life experiences to share. My brother and I were lucky to have grandparents who lived a block away and later, when relatives needed a helping hand, our parents purchased the home next door so that there was always an opportunity to care and share life with our aging loved ones.
I graduated from UC Berkeley and am from a “Cal” family. My parents met in Doe Library, and my three adult children are all Cal grads… Go Bears!
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

As a 12-year San Francisco resident, my early work experience was varied including sales, administrative support, and public relations. I transitioned to being a stay-at-home mom to support my family and during the school years life was busy with household management, activity coordination, and volunteer opportunities. Later on, I moved back to San Leandro and obtained my real estate license, co-owned a brokerage, and had the privilege of working with senior clients who often required extra care and reassurance as they downsized from their beloved family home. Here I created trusted relationships where clients not only appreciated my expertise, transaction management, and administrative attention to detail but my patient and compassionate approach to business.
Seniors also played a key part in my role as the Manager of Customer Relations and Patient Experience at Sutter Health Eden Medical Center. I worked hard to build relationships and trust with the 110-member (primarily senior) Auxiliary Volunteer team for which I was the liaison. Through my Patient Family Advisory Council role, I rounded on patients/families to check-in and address concerns. I also spent time with lonely elderly patients who simply needed someone to sit on the edge of the bed and chat. Life came full circle when I re-designed the weekly Senior Dinner Outreach Program to increase public awareness of the new hospital opening. Not only did this provide an affordable, weekly social experience, but increased attendance by 100% after the first month. I had successfully followed in my mom’s footsteps!
Most recently, I was the Resident Services Manager at Baywood Court Senior Living where my responsibilities were two-fold: oversight of a seven-member 24/7 Front Desk Coordinator team and providing social services support for our independent and assisted living residents. This professional experience enabled me to develop and implement administrative programs with a hospitality-driven focus. I provided caring and compassionate resident support through one-on-one visits, confidential conversations, problem-solving, and lifestyle assistance helping residents to live vibrant and fulfilling lives in the community.
TODAY
JG Life Services is the culmination of a lifetime of loving, learning, hard work, and dedication. My background in household management along with my real estate experience and work at Eden Medical Center and Baywood Court strengthened my commitment to service excellence, authentic relationship building, and community service. I bring these same values to JG Life Services. My goal is to offer non-medical concierge services tailored for older adults, ensuring they receive comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support, along with peace of mind. I believe later decades should not be a time to “sweat the small stuff.” Instead, it should be about truly enjoying life and spending time doing what brings joy, pleasure, and fulfillment.
I am a Berkeley homeowner residing in the Claremont/Elmwood neighborhood and still maintain close ties in Oakland, Piedmont, Rossmoor, San Leandro, and Castro Valley - all areas that my business serves. Connect with me to discuss how I can make your life or that of your loved one easier, more fulfilling, and fun!
